Here at Bars On Fire CrossFit, you will be taught and coached correct technique from L1 certified ,caring and dedicated trainers. They will be with you every step of the way to create a higher functional level to your fitness, wether its lifting a bar or getting your first pull up. We intend to put you slightly outside your comfort zone each day to improve not only your fitness, but to prepare you for anything in life. We can also help you with your nutritional needs so that you receive best value in your membership.
(Community)
Our gym is like family. Most of the classes are about 6 to 10 people. We work to foster a community that supports and encourages each other. You will be surrounded by fun, hardworking, positive people. This is community that offers support and inspiration to help you achieve your goals. Working out together helps you get through tough workouts when you may have quite too early in a traditional gym. The LAST one finishing their workout receives the most cheers.

We will follow up with you often to make sure you hold your self accountable. We are here for you every step of the way. Don’t be surprised to see your accomplishments on our social media. We love showing you off.
Who should join? – Anyone. No one is to old or out of shape. We believe in using functional movements that you would use in every day life such as pulling, pushing and squats. CrossFit is designed to meet the needs of varied abilities due to the scalability of the movements. If you aren’t sure about CrossFit then maybe you can check out our CrossFit Lite class that will begin in a few weeks. This class would let you get the CrossFit experience without the use of barbells.
